Introducing our original charcuterie serving board.

The Barringer Board is perfect for serving charcuterie to your small get-togethers. As your guests sample and enjoy your offerings, the natural Maple wood grain will add to the beauty of your surroundings!

Our Maple butcher block is crafted from hard Maple that is sustainably harvested from Vermont's Working Landscape. This same wood contributes to our beautiful Fall Foliage every year and provides us with the sap used to make our world-famous 100% Vermont Maple Syrup. The edge grain design is perfect for using this as a cutting board, as it tends to preserve the natural beauty of the wood grain by "hiding" many of the knife marks.

The 9.5-inch (24 cms) x 11-inch (28 cms) working surface accommodates a variety of cured meats, crackers, and cheeses. The 6-inch (15 cms) handle provides a secure and comfortable grip for any sized hand. The tapered sides will help you to use two hands to easily lift it from any surface.

Wipe with a soft sponge and mild soapy water.

Do not use a scrubbing pad or aggressively scrub your board.

Do not use harsh kitchen cleaners such as Comet®, Pledge®, or Lysol®.

    Do not use bleach.

Never use soap-based oil cleaners (like Murphy’s Oil Soap® or other wood floor cleaners), as these will leave a film that will gum the surface of the finish.

Be sure to dry the surface completely after cleaning. Allow the board to air dry on its side.

When your board develops a dry, thirsty look, it is time to apply a fresh coat of Tung Oil. This can be accomplished using our Vermont Butcherblock Company Tung Oil Polish.
